Payments
Payments are processed via Stripe. Failed payments may pause service. Refund eligibility is described per-offering on the pricing page and contract.
Intellectual property
You own the assets we create for you. We may showcase work as case studies with your consent.
Liability
Services are provided "as is." Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the past 90 days.
